Looks like we're reading the same stuff haha. I prefer to go the more exercise route tho. In the 10 weeks I've been training harder I'm doing 20 miles per week running and 3 games of soccer. I love food so I'm not cutting right back on my food, it would kill me not being able to eat takeaway now and again. Also for the last month I've been out Friday Saturday every week with my friend and getting wasted so thats not helped. I reckon if I didn't do that I would have dropped at least another 8-10 pounds.

Not to worry, I'm in good shape for my beach holiday anyway. Time to go out and get fat again for 2 weeks
