Drops in payouts, Hoop? The obvious solution is to start a feed company, pay $40 to any webmaster that sends a live feed customer, and then give them 50% of whatever the customer spends from there. Trust me on this....it's the latest stategy. You'll have people beating down your door....

Ah this is some funny shit,

So where's this money gonna come from in Month 2 when you can't pay the webmasters? This whole biz is based on a recurring business model, if you pay out $40 per signup, recur half the folks then you still need to keep them for 2 months just to pay for all the inial outlay, this is assuming you don't pay 50% on recurring. Then you pay 50% on recurring so you need to keep the customer 4 months. You run any paysites lately??? Know what recurring #'s are looking like?

Upsells, and from money already in the bank, most "big" sponser programs take 6 months to a year to become profitable.

Yes I run paysites, have you ever ran something that you had to invest some cash in before you started and then wait a bit before turning a profit?

Why can't you see the math, I can payout 150% of the membership fees, and still make a million FROM THE DAMN UPSELLS IN THE MEMBER SECTION! Upsells to other sites, videos, dvd, phone sex, moms brownies, etc...

Plus I can sell email lists, don't you ever wonder where all the spam you get about webmaster programs comes from? Guys pay $1 to $5 per webmaster email address! I can sell all my webmasters content, hosting space, video feeds.

It didn't take us years to make money, we thought up an intelligent business model and executed. It's quite clear you've not run the numbers on the recurring model. Open up a program and we'll send you traffic, if you pay us weekly, because I'm sure after month 2 you'll be cash strapped and tapped out.

If you think there's "millions" to be made in the members areas I think you need to start listening to some people who run sites, all whom have posted in there advice for you.

It's not a solid investment, there for, it is a 50 / 50 wether you are going to pull through the heat or not.

I have been in ARS member section, I see what you guys do, I have been an ARS affiliate since day 1, I was selling Gay Ultra years ago.

If you are trying to tell me that you guys can't make a million on our member section upsells, selling webmaster lists, then I think something is wrong.

You guys have a good program, but look at how TrafficCash does it, when you sign up, you as a surfer are also getting signed up on 2 other paysites at the same time. None of that money goes to the webmasters. Plus no one pays out on their "Wait Mr. Surfer before you cancel, look at this deal, we'll give you passwords to 50 sites at 50% off". I know you make money there, and it's pure profit. With a smaller website it wouldn't be that much, but when you are signing up $1,000,000 worth of people and more each month like ARS or CA or the others, the shear volume says you will make at least an extra $Mill a year from the other programs your paysites will upsell/crossell to.

If you start a program with only 2 months of cash in the bank to support it, you're a moron. Need at least 1 years worth.

You'll have to forgive me, I am new to this board, and I don't know who you people work for, what you did in the past etc..

I just started this topic because it's obvious alot of the old payout modela are stale, I am sick of them as a affiliate webmaster, I want something new and exciting and IF I ever did start a program..IF... then this is what I would want.

If you don't think it is possible, Imagine 4 years ago a sponser program saying they were going to pay $35 - $45 per signup including trials, enter and exit consoles signups. Or 75% recurring programs. They would get met with the same naysayers. But someone did it later, and made money. That's all I'm saying. Don't think it's impossible. It isn't.

No, it will be vasty different...mostly with affiliates making far less. Ask affiliates if their income on the same traffic is rising, despite constant (alleged) increases in payouts from sponsor programs. It isn't.

General overall affiliates money is going down because there are 100X more affiliates now than 4 years ago. The sponser program have multiplied 100X as well. So now you got 100X more people trying to sell a password, and surfers that expect a member site to reach out and give them a handjob every month.

As far as webmasters and the privacy policy thing, I know that is you tell them one way we can offer this program is becuase we will be selling your email address to anyone with a nickel, and if they don't want that to happen, they can signup on our other default $40 flat signup program instead.

Even If I decide to do this, it'll take months to put it together, and by then I'm sure someone else will have one already. Do you really think I thought of this all by myself?
