Looking for a small fully managed dedicated server...

At this stage I only need 40gb hard drive and 1000gb/2000gb bandwidth, but with the option of seamlessly increasing this as my sites grow.

I plan on running TGP Rotator and according to them I need:

Unix or Linux Based Server
Perl 5.005+
MySQL 3.23+ Database
DBI Perl Module
DBD::mysql Perl Module
.htaccess Password Protection
No mod_security
Basic Privileges
PHP 4.3.0+
Shell Access
ImageMagick Module
Access to cron

24/7 fast support is also important as I'm not very technically minded. And I want a stats package too.

Who can do me a good deal on all of the above?

small and 2000 gb dont work in the same sentence ...

Thanks for all the posts. I've decided now that I want to start small, learn as I go and build up.

So I'm after a semi-dedicated server with 2-5gb disk space and 200gb-1000gb bandwidth. Again, fully managed and able to run TGP Rotator and maybe a trade script later. Already had a couple of good offers. Who else can do me a deal?

please think about that carefully as that is not a good option for
