in all seriousness, i am the guy that runs the entire program all the way from the processing, setting up merchant accounts, securing the integrity of the backend, troubleshooting anything that may be problematic, analyzing the stats and traffic, making deals for content, making deals for traffic, making deals for advertising, handled the launch and branding of ragecash, determine the strategy and direction of the company as a whole, maintain the presence of the company in the community, i basically drive the ship for the captain. I have a support girl that works in tandem with me on the payments side. i do not cut checks or accept receivables. I guess you'd call me a combination operations officer, marketing and promotions guy, and industry contact if you're interested in b2b strategic partnerships.
i have 1 employee, that is my support girl. otherwise, i do everything except program the dynamicness of the site and artwork design.

he's in my basement turning batches every 3 hours just to keep me going.
i also have to monitor the free hosting for cheaters, setup and input all the new galleries, make sure they can sell, and handle all the coordination with the designers, producers, and affils.
thats a whole new batch of crack each week.

about the only thing i can't do is code. i am learning php now just to have a decent working knowledge of it.
i know HTML and java scripting pretty well, but am by far a genius at it.

thank you to everyone who wrote stuff, but rage still has lots of work to be done. there are many things that can be done better and looked at and prioritixed by me day to day. i drive myself nuts on what to do next. the owner of rage has the most respectable amount of confidence in me and for that i bust my ass to make it a good program. even though i been around since late 99, i am still very much a noob at certain aspects of this biz. my learning curve is sharp and i know i can make rage better than it is.

just got back from the show and wanted that people know again that i am not the owner, i run most of the things that need to get done here. i do not handle the banking, accounts payable or accounts receivable, book keeping, or affiliate payouts. anything that has to do with payout to third parties outside the company is handled by the owners financial department. i felt that i need to make this clear again because i don't like people to be confused.Comment
