Why get involved? Why put yourself in danger to help out some dude you don't even know?

I don't give a fuck if the guy gets up and starts stabbing everyone on the fucking bus as long as he leaves me alone and doesn't splash me with the blood.

It doesn't affect me in the least bit, I get off the bus and those people might as well have just died since I'm not going to see them again or anything like that. If it's a buddy getting stabbed then sure, I'll risk it. If it's a family member then of course I'd risk it, but if its someone who I really don't know and don't give 2 shits about then I don't give a fuck. And at the same time if I was getting stabbed I wouldn't expect anyone to jump in, I'd deal with it and/or die.
