    The Interweb makes you fat!

    After a few years webmastering on the net i must say i have
    developed quite a beer belly.

    I have been skinny & sporty for most of my life...

    i have just been looking at pictures from a few years ago....
    I really am chubby in some places...compared to then!

    How do you handle this?
    Do you set aside a certain amount of time and force yourself to
    do sport and work out or do you just live with it...

    I just find it real hard to discipline myself and get my butt on the track regularly

              Not me.. I always do push-ups everytime the connection slows down.. That's how I maximizes my time..
