Again, a vast over simplification.
75% of our base IS repeat. Every month. The other 25% we chase down monthly. Repeat in both memberships, rebills... whether every month or every other, and clip sales.
We have had some switch to a la carte clips, and others save money by going membership. But at the end of the month, neither has effected the bottom line.
That said, I agree with some of the article, and Dirty Franck's points voiced many times here on the ole GFY lately.
