I stand corrected then.
I've seen that same picture attributed to a variety of events including the Russian civil war (Reds vs. Whites) and the Red Army's advance into East Prussia some 25 years later. More often though, I've seen it attributed to the various internal Soviet crackdowns of the 1920's and 1930's.
Be that as it may, the pictures below are clearly more on target.
