Amatuer Allure Quality?

I have a better idea for you guys....why don't you try to come up with something unique, something spectacular and something all your own...instead of trying to copy someone else?

Oh way...I already know the answer to that. This is the adult industry and everybody copies everybody

Dean, while I am an industry outsider, I am trying to understand in my research for my documentary, do you feel that it is more important to be unique and make less money or to copy a style that obviously is quality and makes money? While I agree that too many copycats dilutes the overall value of the given style if everyone is doing it but if one can do it and make money, why shouldn't they since it will be copied anyways? In times where sales could be considered a premium, it would make sense for those to attempt to emulate their success.

I would venture to guess that sites like Bang Boat emulated Bang Bus to some degree and probably made some good money off of it.

I had a friend send me this thread earlier today. I wanted to say thanks for all the kind words from most of you. I realize not everyone likes my style. I am cool with that.

The one thing I am proud of is; I do have a style. Love it or hate it, you know when you see one of my images. I don't get on here much. I think this is my 4th post in as many years.

I have no real secret to what I do. It's just a lot of work. I heard someone say once the difference between mediocre and great is an extra 15% in effort. So I just make an extra effort in the things I saw as most lacking in adult. 1. Good Lighting. 2. Make up 3. Wardrobe. Do these things and you will stand out.

Whoever wants to e-mail me with a direct question, I would be happy to answer any lighting questions or other subject. My one secret if anything is... I started as a fashion photographer. Study basic posing, lighting and heaven forbid fashion.

So now I create "fashion Porn" I hope this helps change my elusive persona on here and other boards just a little bit. Well while I am at it we here at Allurecash could always use a few more good affiliates. LOL
