LOL.. That wet outline on the ground is from where an F-15 sat and was moved. That building behind it is at Eglin AFB in Florida. I have worked on planes that sat right where that pic was taken back when I worked there.
Pilots are big practical jokers. They pulled some funny gags in the time that I was there (1993-1996).
