They're charging him with 2nd degree murder. Let's see, reports say he stabbed the kid 60+ times, cut his head off, gutted his carcass. I'm sort of wondering what a guy has to do in order to get a 1st degree murder charge in Canada.

Whatever, it's times like this that I miss the death penalty. Scum like this guy doesn't deserve to breath the same air as everyone else.
