If it's like the US you have to show premeditation for first degree murder. They have to prove he got on the bus for the expressed purpose to kill his victim. If Canada is like the US, 2nd degree means the only way he gets out of jail is in a wooden box.
canada doesn't even have the death penalty let alone use the chair. Hell even in the US the chair is only available in a handful of states and not even as the main option. A prisoner can only be electrocuted if he chooses to be in those states.Comment
