Neither one hurts. And I was always scared shitless of needles. The benefits are damn near the fountain of youth. Again...look at Stallone in his 60's. He abuses it.

But look at Brad Pitt, George Clooney, or actresses like Jennifer Anniston or even better 67 year old Raquel Welch (who looks absolutley gorgeous) People in Hollywood have always used this. I'm 47 years old. And my grandmother was a hairdresser. So my brothers and I would get our hair cut at her beauty salon. While waiting we would read whatever trash magazines were around.

And I remember very vividly reading about Hollywood stars going to their Swiss doctors for Human Growth Hormone and how it was the secret to their youthful looks. And that would be the early 1970's.
