you gotta understand, I'm on the same mission as you, and you have 2 options.

#1 do what other REAL "looking" amateur paysites do and just take surfer submissions (pretty much all stolen content and undocumented, illegal) and just steal shit yourself.

#2. shoot it all yourself or with a content guy locally, make it look as amateur as possible, and then split cost and content with me

Know exactly what you mean SpyCam - and got to be one of the best "real" niches ever.

Best sources, least for "amateurs" are Germany, Netherlands and UK - it was like that decades before net days and remains the same now.

If you are not US-based or have servers there (killing all current and future law obstacle courses) - set up a site and invite amateurs to post - and pay them for useable content. (After full model release, ID and rights docs have been signed). Over a 12 month period ya should end up with a decent (or indecent) selection of content which oozes "real amateur".
