    Cost of Thorwing a Party in Toronto at a Club

    This is for a main stream company that is getting listed on TSX. We want to throw a party just like what Pynthon did during the Toronto web master access show whic was to take over a club exclusive (so no out side people showed up).

    What will be the average cost if its 100 people and we pay for the booze and if we do it on a Thursday ?. No dinner, booze, music and some finger food, 10 PM to 2AM. Any advice from people who have done this in Toronto ?

          It all depends of what type of "club" you what to rent out. I'd suggest just calling around and getting quotes. Once summertime goes into full swing, I'd say a Thurs. nite would cost almost as much as a Fri. or Sat. nite.

                                  Good luck is right. They'll want atleast as much as they would have normally made and then some.

                                  Jay23: If you do go open bar make sure that you guys tip the wait staff . iw ould say $200 to the bartenders (each ) which is what they probably would have made if the club was decent if not then maybe 100 each

                                              Yup, she organized my Niagara Falls trip and Webair's dinner and probably a few other events during WA. She definitely is the best contact for the hospitality industry in Toronto.
