DWB, no one really uses that L word from the novel because it has an association with CP and I think the ipsp's ban it in url titles and descriptions. I think you are looking for Japanese teen girl sites, no need to describe them with the L word. -

Sorry, I didn't understand the exact definition of the phrase. You might find what you're looking for at DTICash. Most of their stuff is marketed towards the Japanese and Korean market. They have sites like Akiba Honpo with English Language options. You can check under Costume Play and there are some girls that fit that niche.
I don't see any single site dedicated to that exact niche. But it looks like a few of their sites have Costume content.Comment

If you look at the specific photo I posted, I said that I have some models whose looks are informed by Gothic Lolita fashions. I did not say they were dead-on Gothic Lolita, however, the clothing line those girls are wearing has been written up in many magazines where the designer has discussed her inspirations from Gothic Lolita and Visual Kei, so it is more than fair to say the looks are informed by Gothic Lolita.
Go ahead and take a look at the specific image I posted and tell me what you feel is soooooooooooooooooooooo off-topic there.

You know Cosplay and Gothic Lolita are not the same, right? You also know that purists might not think a girl dressed up as a "naughty maid" exactly counts as Cosplay, right? This is something you worked on below, right?
