I am with you!!!! I went through the same shit with them. Thank God I moved!! It is not about how long it takes to fix or how long it takes to submit a fucking ticket. It is about that they have the balls to try to make money on a server that you are paying for. If they were the last hosting company on the planet, I would rather take a job shoveling shit all day than stay in this biz and put up with their fucking bullshit. When I was with them they left my content out in the open with no protection from proxy pass or anything!!! It was not offered or discussed. When they tried to hit me with a $10,000 bill I went fucking ape shit. It got corrected, but no one should have to deal with the shit that they dish out!!!
