I disagree.
Part of the sales aspect of these cross sale programs is to "move" the customer elsewhere. They don't make money simple by members staying, they make money by them purchasing other products when they are there. Ezclicks, more "Totally Free" sales.
Part of selling someone something else is making sure they are dissatisfied with the product they have now
