1. In grade 4, I scored a 100% on my CAT (childhood achievement test) and was given the option to go to a school for the gifted but turned it down.
2. In college I took Radio Broadcasting. I moved the campus station from 8 track and cd onto an mp3 computer system and ended up more in charge of the station than the professors.
3. One of my short stories was taught to students in grades 9 and 10.
4. Up until 4 years ago, I had never lived in the same place for 2 years at a time. My family had even moved before I turned 2. I don't even remember some of the schools I went to, much less many of my friends from them.
5. I've never worked at any franchise of any kind.
6. I'm the only person in my entire family who's ever worked from home but I also make more than all of them.
7. I became a bartender when I was 9, when my family added a bar to the hunting and fishing lodge they owned. I also became trailer park supervisor (60 trailer lots and 7 cabins) when I was 15.
8. I got into adult when the internet sector bottomed out in 2000. I randomly said "if ever I can help, just let me know" to Jackie of MaskTV... she took me up on the offer, the rest is history.
9. AaronM is not only my best friend in and out of the industry, he was in my wedding party.
10. I'm a self taught script writer.. started in Coldfusion, moved onto PHP. I wrote the affiliate software for ATK in less than 8 months from the ground up while also doing 3 other projects plus taking care of my 2 year old while my wife was on bed rest with our second child.
