I didn't have to sign for it. It came in one of those folded tabbed type things you can tear apart. It has the circuit court address on the front with SUBPOENA stamped on. Even has the guys name and the judges name on the front. I have to return the attached envelope within 48 hours and call some number the day before the hearing.
It's legit. I called him tonight and he has to be in court the same time it says I do.
