It's a swamp buggy.
It's for hunters to get around places like the Florida Everglades in the muddy swamp while looking for deer and wild hogs and stuff. Usually you have a base camp, load up all your gear and buddies and then head off into the swamp for a day of hunting.
It's also great for getting out to places the law can't so you and your friends can do whatever they want
