I know they charge $795 (I think) to do processing for adult sites because of the Visa fee, but do they charge a different amount for dating sites? Or do they charge the same?

For EU based clients, add 1.5% to the rates listed above.
US and Canadian based clients are required to pay a $750 Visa registration fee ($375 annual renewal fee), if they elect to process Visa transactions. EU based clients are not required to pay the $750 Visa registration fee.
There is no distinction made for dating sites per se. The only distinction in regards to fees is adult v. non-adult. Non-adult, US based clients, are not required to pay the Visa registration fee. The adult/non-adult distinction is determined by CCBill's Policy and Review department. In general, dating sites tend to be classified as adult clients.
