                  If I hadn't seen the cuil crawler hitting my site for a few months and hadn't noticed it wasn't April, I would have figured cuil was some sort of cruel (cuil?) joke.

                  I'd love to hear what the geeks (and execs) at Google are saying about it!

                                                              This has GOT to be some sort of deliberate fail for viral purposes so they can rebrand and relaunch... why else would you go public with results this shitty? Even live.com was better.

                                                              I am working on an experimental search engine as a side effect of data mining I'm doing and it returns better results than cuil. That's just a few hours worth of shitty code hacking to query an existing database.
