1. I agree the attorney was an idiot for not accepting the plea.

2. At the age of 12.... I can't imagine such a young child being capable of such a harsh crime, so I put a lot of blame on the way he was raised. I think a punishment should have been imposed on the parents. I'm sure his behavior prior to this incident wasn't that of an angel and his parents obviously let him get away with it.

3. White or Black--the kid would have went down either way.

4. Life in Prison with no chance of parole-- I think that was a little stiff, but then again I wouldn't want that little lunatic running around my neighborhood.

5. I think they should have put him in a mental facility until the age of 21 and then sentenced him at that time. (not released him, but sentenced him at this time). To see what kind of person he was after seperation from his parents and heavy psychological evaluation, treatment.

yeah, yeah........ I'm rambling... It's Friday and my Brain shuts down for the weekend at 4:45pm sharp.
