I workout first (drinking quite a bit of water) and then have a 2-eggwhite/english muffin /slice of ham/slice of chees sandwich and it is just so fucking good.

It is definitely true that it kicks your metabolism in gear. I'm a little worried about cholesterol - eating eggs every day, but so far my tests look good.
