ALl newbies, SOBE = THIEF Look aty the docs you get and it has my company info . He then trys to justify he has resale rights by invoice..THAT I GIVE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS IT WHEN THE BUY FROM ME...that says what he paid..AND ON THOSE INVOICES !!.. its says content for web use or promo only.
He bought a couple exclusives from me..which hes trying to use that invoice to say he has resale righst to everything.

Ask him to show ONE FUCKING DOCUMENT of me giving him resell rights. He doesnt have it.

SoBeGirl's 2257 address information has been the same for over 5 years. We have physical address in Miami florida. It is on the front page of all our websites. Anyone can contact our attorney for information. We have had the same attourney for over 5 years as well.

See this is the issue. Joe from AMA sold SoBeGirl a large chunk of his collection about 4 years ago. When he started to see that SoBeGirl was better at marketing and had better service than he did he got very upset. Then Joe tried to tell us what we could or could not do with it. We offered him the content back for a refund and he refuesed that. He prefered to start telling people that his content was stolen. This all started years ago and the fool is still doing it. Those of us iwhom have been this business for a while know this whole story inside and out and pay no attention to it now. Some of you newer folks like the drama so you get involved. Yes we could sue Joe but it is not worth the trouble for SoBeGirl to do this. Sales are fine so we don't see any reason to make a fuss about it. And what is the point of suing someone who is broke?? If you have any questions or comments please put them in writing to our legal council above and you will get a prompt response.

Sobe might be an ass, but over the years he's had more proof to back himself up than you have to prove he's in the wrong. But maybe that's all made up too. Who knows. Get it taken care of.

Sorry, that's just how I've seen it all this time. It could easily be taken care of in a court of law. He even posted his lawyer's contact info. Check it out and let us know if it's fake or not.

I am glad that once again, JOE from AMA is called out as a liar and con artists and we all see he is full of shit. No one will sue anyone. As usual some SoBeGirl competitors will lie trying to prevent webmasters from buying from us but it never works. I think you are wrong about it being taken care of in a court of law as the best thing. I could Sue Joe from AMA for all the trouble he has made but most of the time suing people makes more problems than it is worth. You are an idiot Joe and we all know it. Larry Walters never sent me anything you are full of shit. Four years ago you sold me resale rights for this content and that is the fact. I have paper work proving it. Also fact is that you are not happy that SoBeGirl makes more money selling this content than you ever did and that makes you angry. SoBeGirl goes to shows but not so often. To be honest, Internexxt is so boring lately. The shows have been getting smaller and smaller every year and they are really just a bunch of people running around looking at displays of public nudity. That does not excite anyone here. The Internexxt in Vegas was such a flop that I don't think they are even having it anymore on it's own. They are combining it with the AVN show. To make it worse the cost of admission is like 300 dollars a person so when you multiply that times the girls we bring it is not worth it. Better to spend the money on some banner space on the net. Joe, why don't you stop blabbering your fat mouth? If you had a case you would have sued me years ago over this. You don't have a leg to stand on and that is why all you do is lie and slander. Everyone here thinks you are a boob Joe and you must realize that is why you are basically out of business. My home addresses are public record as I own property in Miami and this can be looked up on the miami dade website. If someone wants to serve me it is not a problem for them to find me. He has threatened to kill people over other things besides this and there are at least 2 people in this business that I know of that pulled restraining orders against Joe from AMA. One of these people even barred him from the AVN show in 2004. It was pretty funny. He paid for half a booth but could not even enter the show. Joe from AMA is his own worst enemy. It is sad to see such a man with good potential self destruct and go down in flames like he is. Even after all the shit he starts I would still be willing to help him out if there was something I could do for him.
