foreign aid is an absolute joke, if people knew exactly what a great deal of their 'foreign aid' money was being spent on, they'd shit their pants. a good portion of it is spent buying out surplus stock from failed companies and far above it's surplus value. politicians have a magical way of bailing their business buddies out of poor investments and covering it up with shit like this. pay them out for their crap product and ship to Africa at the taxpayer's expense.
