humility comes as soon as you find out that shaving your head and having a badass attitude is absolutely no help when someone's sitting on your chest trying to choke you out or bend all your limbs at unnatural angles. Also every cigarette you've ever smoked comes back to haunt you LOL
all fbucks people have the option of Gracie training paid for by the company, but few choose to do so. it's good for your attitude, confidence, and may come in handy at a trade show one of these days, who knows?
