    Can't transfer money in Epassporte...can you?

    it says For security reasons this feature is currently not available to your account.... anyone else have this. whats going on?

                      You cant make transfer to blocked countries and if you are in a blocked country you cant receive too.

                                      Accounts from the following countries can no longer send and receive p2p transfers.
                                      Latvia, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Romania, Russian Federation, Ukraine

                                      This is because of a high amount of fraud from those countries.

                                              If you are located in USA and try to send money to a person in Moldova you can't because the person in Moldova can't receive p2p transfers.
