its not that to lose that much weight that fast IF you have the time and money. She can workout for 8 hours a day, for 4 months, and have someone cook her very healthy meals (yet, good tasting). The "secret" to losing weight, is simple....burn off more than what you take in. In this case, she was burning a shitload more off than what she was taking in, which also tones the muscles faster.
