Anyone have recommendations on moving companies?

Looks like I might be saving only change by using a service rather than uHaul. This is out-of-state btw.

Been researching some companies, what's on the table right now is Trans-Atlantic Vans and Mega Van Lines.

Looking at about $0.50 and $0.55 per pound.

    Any input is appreciated

    Thanks

bump - both places ended up being jerkoffs. I went from $1800 a pop to $2500 a pop.

      This is nerve-wracking

heard good things about those pod things.

Other than that if you use a mover pay for the extra insurance so its not at like .15 a pound or whatever.

Try Mayflower they will come and even load up the truck for you. I think they are kind of pricy though but worth it if you dont have to move that stuff yourself.
