They use data that's been collected over time so a site being down when they do the update isn't going to lose any pr. Just like if you get a bunch of high pr inbound links a week before the update they aren't really going to count.icq 156131086Comment

I hope so but I have seen otherwise in previous updates, hope I was just seeing something else and interpreting it wrong, but this could be ugly, have some domains in 'storage' with a little content but lots of links that are down at the moment, and would hate to lose all pr due to being down while this update is happening
and regardless whether people say pr matters or doesn't, it makes a big difference in selling domains and link trading
