Bullshit. The guy is not qualified to invest other people's money and that's what he is doing now.
US taxpayers and foreigners are currently bailing out thousands, tens of thousands of "condo investors" like him in Florida.
The money is not his, and the use is speculative.
It's the reason for the big mess in the US. "Free" money is given away to kids for "investments".
