Sorry but that is absolute bullshit. If you don't eat regulary, you just will be very weak and have no energy, plus your stomach will get smaller, you know the pictures of them africans where their ribs are sticking out? That's all that will happen, it is best to eat breakfast (essential), some fruit throughout the day an then a meal in the evening if you want to eat the minimum on a regular time scale.
