    does this sound fishy to you? Scriptlance asking for my Passport and voice!

    I haven't used Scriptlance for several months, but this seems a bit... fishy!

    I logged in to post a project, and at some point during the process I got a notification saying my account was suspended. I have paid every single programmer I ever worked with, so I was a bit confused... I emailed support, asking "What did I do?".

    This was their response.


    1. Can you provide us a copy of any of your valid Photo Identification (Passport etc.) ? Please upload it at : https://www.scriptlance.com/cgi-bin/...ent_verify.cgi


    2. We need to voice verify your identity as well. Please check

                      I've posted my project on getafreelancer.com, and although my past experiences were ok... I'm amazed at the amount of garbage bids I've received so far.

                      Out of almost 20 bids, I'd be amazed if 2 of them actually read the pdf attachment.

                      I've never used rentacoder, thanks for the tip.

                                  I don't think its fishy, scriptlance is legit site. But if you dont want your code written by cheap coders in messed up way .. move to some other freelance site.

                                      Please... scriptlance is FAR from the best coders, no "GOOD" coder needs to use scriptlance or any other type of related site, and that's a fact.

                                          It's probably legit, but I know the owners of the site so I can check with them and see what's going on, if you want. Leave me your Visa number (don't forget the cvv #) so I know it's really you, and I'll let you know why they suspended your account.
