When I said I was a fat bastard I meant around 220lbs. You likely haven't seen 220 lbs since before puberty. I am down to my ideal body weight and yes, I have stayed there. Granted, I didn't have much weight to lose (comparatively speaking of course). It's amazing what a little willpower will do...not that you know anything about willpower.

I also packed on my weight because of living the good life provided by porn. I was drinking lots of beer and enjoying the fantastic cooking of my beautiful girlfriend. I didn't get fat because of self-loathing like you did.
