I have always used a domain seller to facilitate deals, but I have a cheap domain I am about to sell and take payment through paypal ($300) and I wonder what procedure I should use to protect myself from a scam?

how long after the money is in my paypal should I wait to ensure no chargeback before I transfer the domain?

any other hints?
