join the club , just be lucky you dont have expiring domains set to rebill on your account. They did eventually re-instate my account after several faxes of details.. same usual story as i have heard from others.. they say fax the info , then when you call "account verification" is always gone or busy or cant be reached etc etc "call back" they never respond , you call again , they ask for fax again , they dont respond , after a week or 2 and several faxes your account will be back up , and as long as any domains didnt expire or hosting rebills get turned off then your ok , if not it can ruin your business overnight.

marketing and branding doesn't have much to do with verifying account limits, but i am here for support, so if there's anything i can do to help i'll be sure to try! let me get into my epassporte training before you start blaming it all on pink!

My wife is trying to reset her epass password during 3 days. For some reason her password is being changed (but NEVER sent back to her email) by the epass system every week. So she got into the habit to email em' once per 7 days and ask to send her the new password. I wonder how much patient she can be...

P.S. Is there aanybody who has a similar problem?
