DON'T DO IT!!

you should know better. some of you almost got me fucked while we were away. not only does it violate ragecash TOS it violates the newsgroups TOS too.

spamming these places will get you terminated immediately and i cannot help you. this is the same thing as mailing and if you do it, please don't come crying to me.

no matter what you may have heard, don't do it. and, if you really want the truth, craigslist can and will file abuse complaints too. i've heard some things at the show that are going to get some of you fucked if you do it.

ragecash is an upper echelon program, (maybe a baby), but still and upper echelon program, and we won't be involved with stuff like this.

regardless of TOS, and i have read them, so they do exist, don't do it. besides that, the real "3l337" people hang out there and will DDOS your ass so fast and me too, so it's a bad idea all around. i won't say where i heard certain things at the show, but some people are in for some suprises if the follow the words of wisdom given in the small circles i was sitting in for awhile.

if you are promoting ragecash through smutlounge with drm clips, do not put them where they don't belong. thank you. much appreciated.

we are striving to be the best at everything we do. i take pride in our work and what we have done so far and intend on remaining a program that is looked up to when we are older and have paid out 100's of thousands like alot of the other top programs.

i think that its the drm shit that they don't like.

watermarks on videos are not going to get you abuse complaints. drm license acquisition windows will. i guess it also matters where the law window is sending them too. not all of the people using this method of promoting are getting the type of complaints i am seeing. i haven't exactly nailed the threshold point of what it is that they are submitting as an abuse complaint. it seems to be the very very aggressive ones that they are targeting.

the complaints come in ten times faster from those networks than what any type of spam complaints do.

I'm not sure who threatened your sites and I understand you not wanting the hassle. However, if either of those types of sites tried to file complaints and cause shit because I posted there it would be a war. I could care less about their complaints as they don't have a leg to stand on. Breaking TOS is a rule of theirs not a law.

You are not the only person I let rip into last night. I let some minor irritaions get to boiling point and they boiled over.

It was DRMed content that I posted on the NGs and P2P - My justification was that they are full of stolen content, give them something legal for a change and make some cash as well. If they complained about legal content being posted I think thats something that should have been addressed with the complainers - but its your business and thats how you decided to deal with it.

I had actually chosen to let it be 'a learning experiance' and wasnt going to mention it - oooops.

This may not sound like much of an apoligy - too be honest it isnt one.

Im sorry for posting this, but only because had decided not to.

Newgroups are how everyone got started early on. I know several sites and programs that were built off of stolen content from the newsgroups.

Newsgroups having a TOS is an amusing idea. Almost as glittering of a generalism as "an upper eschalon progam." I got to ask extreme John where that one came.

Heres my 2 cents if you dont own the site you are promoting p2p, newsgroups and torrents will be majorly difficult to utlilze and see any results.

Lightspeedcash has terminated LC's affiliate account for *SPAMMING* multiple Yahoo groups. Our TOS clearly states that spam is not tolerated in any form. Also, by posting unsolicited advertisements to multiple Yahoo Groups, LC has also violated Yahoo's TOS, which in itself is ALSO against our TOS.
