yup i got fucked over like 3x so far this year by scamming designers, or ones who just did a shitty job all together

i got metaman working on some of my shit now with no problems though

also a Brazilian company who did my gfy avatar, who rock...he's jack.nasty on icq

You should be saying "well I fired three of my designers today. Told them I had to have those twenty new sites finished by today and they still have one more left. I'm not sure its about them being crooks. I personally think that creative people do have a tendency to flake out. Artists are generally free spirits and don't always have a good business acumen.

the funny thing about lack of communication, is that we all know that we all turn our computers on every day, so people have to conciously be avoiding to not respond to icq or email

not like missing a phone call where you might be in the shower or something, email is there at your convenience any time of the day

I like to give people the benefit of a doubt. I have a few designers whom I work with on the regular and two in India on the payroll full time

This was just a simple logo design for a mainstream site that I gave him really just to test his skill set etc? but the fucker has completely avoided me for a week

The money is peanuts but I sure as hell don?t like to be scammed, robbed or ripped off
