    suggestions/advice for a newbie

Hi there. I have been shooting content for the last few months for a new paysite I am putting together which should launch in the next month or so. I am going to set up an affiliate program with ccbill and all that stuff, but would really like to do some of my own in-house promotion with free galleries and the like. Anyone have any advice or places I can go to research the whole tangled web of affiliates, tgps, etc etc? I know this is a total newbie question, and extremely broad and vague, any help is appreciated greatly.

haha well thats pretty broad, search the boards.. easiest at first would be getting your content on tgps etc.. get a tgp submitter like chameleon that automates it and learn some basic design. but ensure you set your site up correctly lol

the best thing as for the beggining would be starting to submit by yourself, exactly as you suggested. Especially before the first affiliates start to join the program to do this job for you, you need to get your stuff to as many places as possible all over the adult internet. I suggest Chameleon Submitter, its easy and fast and you can pretty much handle the whole thing by yourself. If neccesary, hire an experienced person-submitter to do the job for you.

-launch your affiliate program ASAP and get cool banners and other Promo stuff. Watch for the competition and think for yourself: what is the thing that makes you better?

-as long as your budget allows it, go for some paid promotion.

Take a look at the Gallery Submitting Tutorial I've recently written at http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=573984. I also offer 90 day courses for gallery submitters or employees where you'd learn everything from managing your own dedicated webserver till buying gallery spots at the right places, etc. etc.

Just hit me up on ICQ 344688791 or gfy(at)partnerrequester.com, I'd have a spot open in 3 weeks
