if you dont get your product, call the credit card company and dispute the charge. the company should have a phone number or email address on their site call them.

ive really had no problems with US companies... probably because i live in the US, but there are always bad apples.

It sucks to buy stuff on line when you dont live in one of the main english speaking countries, where you can trust customs and UPS/ FEDEX.
