I can see what you're doing, but I'll say this: it IS possible to build a good business whilst retaining your honesty and integrity. I agree with most, that is a pretty shitty boob job....My wife had her boob job and one of the things they told her over and over was to massage them forever, for the first year at least once a week, after that about once every 2 weeks to a month...otherwise the boobs will start doing what that girls are doing, they basically tighten up around the implant, and eventually will lead to Capsular Contraction and look like this:
