what I forgot to mention, and since I am not a pro. I will need it to Process embedded FLV or linked FLV. www.flash-video-mx.com offer exactly what i need. It works great on Windows, but I need the same thing for a MAC.

Starting with a compressed format like WMV isn't going to give you a great end result to begin with. If you want to have any hope of coming out with a decent looking Flash file you will want to use one of the apps that have the ON2 VP6 codec available like Adobe Flash Encoder, Flix Pro from ON2 or Sorenson Squeeze.
