    HiVelocity - do you like chargebacks? Stop billing my credit card!!!!

    These inept dumbasses already have two chargebacks pending against them for a hosting service that I cancelled way back in March and now they charged me another $447 yesterday for this same cancelled service.

    They don't reply to their emails.
    They dont' answer their telephone.
    They just keep charging my damn account.

    Now they are up to THREE pending chargebacks.

    Mastercard told me that I may have to change my credit card # since they can't just block a merchant from making transactions

    I know HiVelocity posts on this board.
    Settle this today.

                          they can't stop the charges...it's probably the only way they are staying in business. Lord only knows they can't have any clients left.

We are not in the business of ripping anyone off. If you cancelled your server we will get the billing situation corrected.
