Like I said in another post I don't do business with Incredible Dollars or send them any traffic, but I find it tough to believe that NATS has yet to come in to refute them if that whole thing was bullshit. If there was fraud involved I find it hard to believe that NATS would let themselves take the heat if the error wasn't on their part. There's a lot of "smoke" out there about I$ right now, people being billed for sites they never signed up for etc. etc. etc. A couple other companies have said they believe a company (that they won't name) has been doing "bad" things with people's CCs as well.. I happen to know a bit more about the credit repair industry than most, and I know a few companies that were targeted for providing a legitimate service.

But, according to the FTC, these companies cannot remove legitimate negative information.." Complete bullshit, they could remove legitimate negative information and they did. The Free Credit Reporting Act stated that if a company can't verify a disputed item in a reasonable time, generally regarded as 30 days, it must be removed. A lot of companies in the late '90's jumped on this and removed negative items, and it can still be done to this day. I don't know the specifics of Glen's case, and I won't pretend to, but I know for a fact that a lot of legitimate credit repair companies went down in "Operation Eraser" for doing noting more than they said they would, all because it pissed of the credit industry lobby..Comment

They blamed the cross sales on a NATS error. Yes, I agree that sounds unusual, but I find it even more unusual that NATS has yet to come in and refute it.
