According to her
Wikipedia article, Raven Riley is only 21. Everyone says that she's been around forever. It may feel like forever, but according to her whois record, ravenriley.com was created on October 13, 2004. I'm not saying that Wikipedia is the definitive source for Ms. Riley's age, but it would not surprise if she really is 21. I haven't seen any new pics of her where she looks "aged."
