Went there for the whole summer about 7 years ago. You wont need resturants and hotels, but book a holliday for when you get home, you will need a rest
I've been there one time, some girl a friend of mine was dating had a huge house there.
I didn't really like, Ibiza it's like a competition to see who can be more estreme. Where else can you see a chick wearing a latex suit with holes on her nipples and pussy walking around like it's the most normal thing in the world?
Anyway, I found it a bit too much. And the prices at the clubs were outrageous.
About the club prices. Everything is a bit more expensive in the months of July & August, and that's when the place is at it's busiest. The clubs get completely rammed.
We go either in June, or September, when it's much better IMO. Busy, but not too busy...
I Buy My High Quality Traffic Here, You Should Too!
Has anyone been there? I'm looking for tips about good hotels, restaurants, and entertainment.
TIA!

Oh man... last thing you will get is a "good hotel"
It was probably a nice place once - but flooded by northern Eurotrash who can't afford an air flight to anywhere else and lack attention at home - so they assume they will become "attention-getters" there as long as they stay drunk 24/7. Kinda like trailerpark trash on TV shows
I visited Ibiza some years ago.. defintly not a place for anyone who had their 25th birthsday... nothing but young drunk english people screaming and acting like insane in the streets... at least where we were
Ibiza is a great place. I've been almost every year since 95.
I'm English and I totally understand most the comments made above.
Basically San Antonio is the cheaper part of Ibiza where you get all the kids under 25 that just go purely to get as drunk as possible the whole time they're out there.
No need to visit San An apart from to check out Cafe Mambo and Del Mar which is next door for the sunsets. You don't get so many drunken kids here as it's a 10 minute walk from San An center aka The West End.
Nice place for a meal while you catch the sunset.
Best clubs depend on what music you like, but best venues are El Divino, Privilege, Amnesia, Space, DC10 & The Underground.
Prices are very expensive, but if you get chatting to the right people it's not to hard to get on the guestlist for most places.
If you can afford it get a villa or pay the extra for a decent hotel.
But if you're just going to party and don't care about accommodation then I'd stay on the outskirts of San An is it's central and easy to get to all the main clubs and bars.
If your buying drugs out there best to get them in the bars or clubs rather than the street dealers as the cops are hot on the case these days.
Skip the over-rated mega teen party and choose exquisite, instead:
Stay on the south coast of Spain, in an area known Andalucia- costa del sol. Sweet little beach towns one after the other. So much nicer, so much more fun.. more exclusive but not expensive. Check out Torremolinos and Nerja. What an amazing part of the world- enjoy.
I moved last year from Ibiza to Marbella and I will never regret it. If you want to have fun come down to Marbella - Puerto Banus or spend a few days here and there!

i've been, but i don't remember the hotels, restaurants or the entertainment...outside of the constant party that we became a part of as soon as we got there. you'll have a blast! =D
never been but will someday soon for sure
im heading to jamaica next month
Whatever I said is not mean't as hate - just the way it happens to be there. It's kinda the same for areas of Spain as well - totally screwed by cheap "tourism".
There's a smell of the same thing starting in other places - one is Costa Rica, but this time with US folks - and totally screwing the place with "gated condos" and large-scale development packed into a few hundred hectares. The worship of a dollar knows no bounds.
