    I Just Bought A New Cottage!

    Just bought a beautiful cottage up in the Muskokas (just 1.5 hours from Toronto). The property sits on 2.3 acres and has 1234 feet of water frontage (the average water frontage in the Muskokas is 150 feet). There is a main cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a boat house with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, the cottage is very rustic so we plan on updating it a bit when we take possession next month. The lake that the property is on is connected to the Severn Water System so I can boat all the way to Georgian Bay!
