How many black neighbors does it take for you to move out?

I have a few black people that live in my neighborhood but the area consists of mostly whilte people. Very upscale neighborhood too. No homes under $300.000.00 minimum. I don't mind living around the blacks in my neighborhood because they are not the "ghetto" types but rather very high class and successful. However, to live in a neighborhood with a bunch of ghettos "niggaz"....fucking forget about it.

any black people that can afford a house in my neighborhood arent the same type of black people you need to worry about. if you live in a low class neighborhood you can get shitty neighbors black or white.

I had a house in Miami. When I bought it I paid 186K. Expensive by the times standard. When i sold it went for 210k. I sold after 13 people moved into one house. 2 families and one grandmother or something. They LITERALLY towed a car into the driveway, and covered it the first day. They paid 260 for the house. Thats not cheap even by todays standards. Loud, dirty and people in the street at all hours of the night.

Dont know if they are still there but a little over a year ago, the house I had sold for 680k.

I have lived in all types of neighborhoods with a variety of colors and nationalities. I have never cared for racism amongst any race. I am cherokee and creek indian with a splash of scottish..a heniz 57 babe...I have every reason to hate and want you all to get the fuck out and go back where you came from but I love the diversity and cultures that many have brought. My papa tells me stories of how our people were treated like trash even from the blacks..every one stole from us and still continues to now. I have seen so many people talk down to each other becuase of race and get mad when they see some one that is not of thier color move in..I am glad for it ..it makes me laugh and smile a little.
