I had a house in Miami. When I bought it I paid 186K. Expensive by the times standard. When i sold it went for 210k. I sold after 13 people moved into one house. 2 families and one grandmother or something. They LITERALLY towed a car into the driveway, and covered it the first day. They paid 260 for the house. Thats not cheap even by todays standards. Loud, dirty and people in the street at all hours of the night.
Dont know if they are still there but a little over a year ago, the house I had sold for 680k.
